Custom Options Include:
- Plastic design, including enclosures, bezels, keycaps
- Custom data cable- Includes cable over mould, cable termination, cable length
- Size/Shape – We design many custom products of various shapes and
sizes.
- Colours – Our cases and keypads are available in hundreds of colours.
- Backlighting – Our illuminated keyboards are available with either
red or green LED’s.
- Mounting / Fixings– We can design your custom product for mounting
in panels, vehicles, tabletops, rack drawers to name a few. .
- Foreign Language layouts or custom overlays / templates
- Keytop Overlays - Self-adhesive decals or stickers to fit on top of the
keys.
- Software protocols
- Certification assistance (UL, TUV, CE, Etc.)
Overview of the Custom Product Development Process:
Step One:
Submit RFQ (request for quote) with as
much information about the product required.
Step Two:
Keyboard Specialists will review the RFQ and submit
a quotation based on the information provided within 48 hours.
Step Three:
If Approved, an order is required to start producing a sample /
prototype.
Step Four:
Upon approval of the sample / prototype, full production will commence.
Step Five:
Delivery of finished product.
The above process normally takes approximately 8-12wks depending on the project
and availability of components
